Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for Mainframe technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Mainframe requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and project requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for Mainframe roles.
