IT Recruiter - Analyst

Job Title: IT Recruiter (C2H)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across both standard (vanilla) and highly specialized (niche) IT skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle exclusively for C2H IT requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases for both vanilla (Java, QA, .NET) and niche (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML) tech stacks.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Handle rate negotiations, client coordination, and candidate onboarding.

Experience & Compensation:

• 1 - 2 Years Exp: Up to 3.5L - 4L PA
• 2 - 4 Years Exp: Up to 5L PA
• Note: Attractive performance incentives provided in addition to base salary.
