Purpose of this position is to co-ordinate with stakeholder and performs functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Pre-sales, Sales and Aftersales applications and related business processes.

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.

Identify, log, track, and verify defects through to closure, working closely with developers and business stakeholders.

Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity

Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams

Hands-on working in IT system

Automobile Industry Experience

Designing Test Scenario + Cases and conducting testing

Key Responsibilities &Tasks:

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for IT applications and related business processes.

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.

Validate IT workflows, customer journeys, lead management, opportunity management, and reporting functionalities.

Identify, log, track, and verify defects through to closure, working closely with developers and business stakeholders.

Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of CRM records.

Test application customizations, configurations, integrations, and automation workflows.

Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables

Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.

Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and status updates for project stakeholders.

Support production deployments and perform post-release validation activities

Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and quality processes
