Job Summary
The IT Purchase Professional will manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and technology solutions while ensuring cost optimization, vendor compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes.
- Source and negotiate with technology vendors.
- Obtain quotations, perform cost comparisons, and finalize purchases.
- Manage software licensing and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and business teams.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Ensure procurement compliance and vendor governance.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Strong procurement and vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Understanding of procurement policies and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
