Coordinate risk-based Computer System Validation (CSV), including IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable, with Quality and validation specialists. Track validation evidence, deviations, and approvals required for release.
Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), decision logs, and change requests. Assess impacts on scope, cost, timelines and compliance, and obtain approvals before changing baselines.
Run project governance and provide clear status reports to the Advisory Board, steering stakeholders, and Change Advisory Board (CAB), as applicable. Present delivery risks, financial variances, and decisions required.
Drive security assessments, production change approvals and go-live readiness reviews. Manage cutover and rollback planning, deployment coordination, hypercare and transition to operational support.
Coordinate training, stakeholder communications and adoption activities with business owners. Track agreed benefits after implementation and close the project with accepted deliverables and lessons learned.
Ensure the following project deliverables are maintained and approved by the accountable owners:
Project scope, integrated delivery plan, resource plan and budget baseline.
Approved requirements, design documents, interface specifications and data mappings.
Testing and validation plans, evidence, defect records and acceptance sign-offs.
RAID and change registers, financial forecasts and governance reports.
