IT Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch, and maintain software products that meet customer needs.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to retirement, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in IT Product Management or related field (e.g., Application Support).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident Management and Service Desk operations.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Experience working with sourcing teams to negotiate contracts for third-party vendors.
