IT Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for hardware maintenance, software updates, and security compliance.
  
• Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and change control processes to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  
• Ensure business continuity planning, crisis management, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in IT Operations Management or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (B.Tech / B.E.), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), or equivalent.
  
• Strong understanding of CRM Management, Pos Machine integration with IT service delivery.
