Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering Windows Server environments in enterprise or production settings.
• Strong experience in patch management, vulnerability management, and IT Operations, with a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Proven background in IT Operations, including infrastructure monitoring, backup and recovery management, and system and security log analysis
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Solid working knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management, within an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 or equivalent knowledge preferred).

• Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and reviewing clear and accurate technical documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Experience using PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation of infrastructure tasks.
• Good troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability production environments with 24/7 operational requirements and strict SLAs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in on-call or shift-based support models, when required.
