IT Operations Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Associate to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, technical support, systems, network, hardware and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for employees
• Manage network, hardware, software, systems, and IT assets
• Handle employee IT onboarding/offboarding and access management
• Manage CCTV, access control, AV and meeting-room systems
• Support ISO/SOC audits, IT compliance, risk monitoring and documentation
• Coordinate IT vendors, AMC, preventive maintenance and service requests
• Support IT requirements for events and meetings
• Maintain IT incidents, logs and infrastructure records

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support/IT Operations
• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, software and troubleshooting
• Exposure to IT security, ISO/SOC compliance, asset and vendor management
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
