It Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets from procurement to disposal
• Coordinate procurement of desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking equipment, UPS systems, and other IT hardware.
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain relationships with hardware suppliers and service providers..
• Ensure timely installation, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance of hardware.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of hardware-related issues and minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for critical IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT support teams to resolve hardware incidents and escalations.
