IT Manager

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Ensure operational stability and maximum up time of IT infrastructure and workplace technologies
• Manage end-user computing environment, collaboration tools, AV systems, meeting room technologies, and digital workplace services
• Coordinate infrastructure support across multiple floors and business teams
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices

Digital Workplace & User Experience

• Drive seamless employee digital experience and workplace productivity
• Provide high-touch onsite support and faster issue resolution
• Improve user satisfaction through proactive service delivery and operational improvements
• Bridge communication gaps between business users and technical teams

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for local business operations
• Collaborate with global infrastructure teams, product families, and service owners
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and external support providers
• Monitor SLAs, escalations, and operational KPIs

Digital Transformation & Projects

• Lead infrastructure upgrades and workplace modernization initiatives
• Support global rollouts, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs

Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with BASF cybersecurity and infrastructure governance standards
• Coordinate audit readiness and security compliance activities
• Maintain secure and compliant IT environments

Preferred candidate profile

• 8 to 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, or IT Operations
• Experience in GCC / Shared Services / Enterprise IT environments preferred
• Experience managing onsite support teams and vendor coordination preferred
