Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the M&A team in identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for acquired companies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operations, manage cultural differences, and ensure successful transitions.
• Analyze financial performance data to inform decision-making on merger opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• 3.5-10 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes from start to finish.
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
