IT Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. This internship will provide hands-on experience in IT support, system maintenance, and day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting.
• Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Support employees with basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain IT asset records and update technical documentation.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access-related requests under supervision.
• Support routine system updates, antivirus checks, and basic security practices.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
