Job Summary

Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, Wi-Fi and printer support.

Key Skills

• L1/L2 Desktop & End-User Support
• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
• Hardware, software and peripheral troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IP & MAC Address
• DHCP, DNS, APIPA and DORA
• LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Knowledge of UTP, RJ45, Fiber, SFP and LIU
• Basic knowledge of L2/L3 Switch, VLAN, STP and Firewall
• Wi-Fi concepts – WAP and SSID
• Troubleshooting using ipconfig, ping, tracert, nslookup
• Network Printer, Barcode Printer & Thermal Printer support
• Printer driver, queue, spooler, IP/port troubleshooting
• Basic Active Directory and ITSM/Ticketing knowledge
• Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from E-commerce, Logistics, Warehouse, Retail, Supply Chain or similar environments will be preferred.
