Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, desktops, laptops and peripherals.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS and Print Services.

Support LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching and wireless networks.

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, firewalls and access points.

Manage VMware/Hyper-V virtual environments.

Perform software installation, upgrades, patching and preventive maintenance.

Handle incidents, service requests and change requests through ITSM tools.

Ensure SLA and ITIL process compliance.

Monitor infrastructure and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Support endpoint security, antivirus, vulnerability management and security compliance.

Assist with backup, recovery and disaster recovery activities.

Manage IT assets and maintain technical documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders for issue resolution.

Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.

Support critical incidents and work in rotational shifts, including weekends, as required.

Good to Have: AWS/Azure, WVD/AVD, ServiceNow, CCNA/CCNP or ITIL certification.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a relevant engineering discipline.

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: As per business requirement, including rotational shifts/weekends.
