We are looking for an IT Executive for a loyalty solution company headquartered in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, servers, and connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, hardware, and IT systems.
• Manage antivirus, firewall, endpoint security, and security updates.
• Monitor and respond to IT security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Manage data backup, recovery, access control, and user permissions.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and security documentation.
• Conduct basic security audits, asset checks, and compliance activities.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure and security-related issues.
• Report all infrastructure and information security activities, incidents, and proposed changes to manager before proceeding, wherever approval is required.

Requirements

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or Information Security.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network / Information Security preferred.
• Good knowledge of networking, Windows systems, firewalls, antivirus, backups, and endpoint security.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
