About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site IT operations & infrastructure.
- Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers, applications, and connectivity.
- Provide IT support to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Handle network, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Manage CCTV/NVR operations and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, Admin/Facilities, and service providers.
- Act as the primary IT SPOC and coordinate with HO IT team.
- Manage and track IT incidents and service requests.
- Ensure IT security, policies, and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communication and IT updates.
- Handle Matrix IPPBX, IP Phones, and VoIP troubleshooting.
