Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, desktops, laptops, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor network, servers, storage, backups, and critical IT services.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and network devices.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access.
• Perform system administration, patch management, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure incidents.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster-recovery processes.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure support.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and infrastructure-related reports.
• Follow IT security policies and ensure systems comply with organizational standards.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and participate in infrastructure improvement projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
• Experience with firewalls, endpoint security, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and vendor-management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Windows Server
• CCNA
• VMware certification
• ITIL certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
