IT - Incharge Campus

Position: IT In-Charge Campus
Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai & Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain campus IT infrastructure and systems.
• Provide technical support to staff and users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, servers, CCTV, biometric, and other IT systems.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
• Ensure data backup, system security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Maintain IT records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the campus.

Preferred Skills:

• 3–6 years of relevant IT support / IT administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
• Experience in managing campus/institutional IT infrastructure is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle IT operations independently.
