Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our internal users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of network configurations.
Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and software.
Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2-10 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
