About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of IT inventory management and ManageEngine application
- End-user operation support & Troubleshooting of Client Machines/systems via remote access and On-site
- Knowledge of the Ticketing tool system, exposure, and Coordination experience with OEMs to resolve various issues.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network and local printers and scanners.
- Repairing & troubleshooting IT hardware-related issues, including Thin clients, CPUs, Desktops, Tablets, AIOS, Laptops, etc.
- Barcode Printer Support: installation & Configuration (Zebra thermal printers, TSC ME 240, Printronix, and Avery Dennison 5.4), etc.
- Plotter support via vendor management (HP, Hanbond plotters, Richpeace, Gerber)
- Intranet App/ Vendor Apps Support and configuration (such as Java Oracle setup, compatibility as per the requirements of the modules, ERP App/Infor, etc)
