Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented fresher to support IT infrastructure monitoring operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring alerts, coordinating with relevant teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure alerts and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams for incident tracking and resolution.
• Follow escalation procedures for unresolved or critical alerts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and monitoring processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Learn and adapt to IT infrastructure monitoring tools and processes.
