The Head of IT leads an organization's technology infrastructure, operations, and digital strategy. They align IT initiatives with business goals, manage technology budgets, and oversee cybersecurity, software systems, and IT teams

Preferred candidate profile

• IT Strategy: Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps that support the company's growth and operational needs.
• Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee the smooth daily operation of enterprise networks, hardware, software, and cloud environments.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement risk management frameworks, data privacy policies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage IT personnel, helpdesk support, and system administrators.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate technology proposals, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage third-party service providers
