About this role
- Develop and implement the companys IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage the complete IT department and IT team.
- Maintain and monitor servers, computers, networks, internet, Wi-Fi, and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure maximum system uptime and availability.
- Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting, and other business applications.
- Oversee software installation, upgrades, integration, and maintenance.
- Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and access control.
