About this role
Responsible for monitoring and managing IT spend to ensure budget alignment and vendor value, acting as a liaison between technical stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain real-time global IT spend budget accuracy; validate vendor invoices; identify cost optimization areas; partner with Procurement, Financial Control, CIO for expenditure tracking and forecasting; manage invoice assignment, approval, and queries; track invoices through Vendor Management Office; manage VMO financial breakdown recharging models; reconcile expenditure variances; produce regular and ad hoc expenditure reports; assist CIO in budget figure management; perform additional duties as required.
