IT Field Engineer (Client-Reliance Retail Project)- Two wheeler and driving license is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support at Reliance Retail stores/offices/DCs.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity issues.
• Handle hardware/software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Perform break-fix and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with central IT/helpdesk teams for L2/L3 issues.
• Maintain proper incident/service tickets and update resolution status.
• Manage IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Travel to different sites as per business requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of user and infrastructure-related issues.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / IT-related qualification
• 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support / Field Support / IT Support / Hardware & Networking
• Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred/required depending on location
• Candidates should be comfortable with local travel and field work
