IT Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and user issues.
2.Manage basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, and network troubleshooting.
3.Support IT infrastructure at project sites and HO.
4.Assist with ERP/HRMS and business application support.
5.Maintain IT assets, inventory, licenses, and documentation.
6.Support CCTV, access control, telecom, and other IT systems.
7.Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, AMC partners, and service providers.
8.Support antivirus, backups, access controls, and basic cybersecurity activities.
9.Assist in IT setup for new project sites.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, desktop support, hardware networking, and computer science concepts.
• Ability to assemble complex computer systems from scratch using various components.
