IT Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Executive to join our team in Thoothukudi. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees with desktop-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
• Configure and manage computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Offer excellent customer service through an IT helpdesk.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system support.
• Configure Outlook and other email clients as needed.

Job Requirements :

• Proficient in desktop support, computer hardware, and IT helpdesk.
• Experience with system support and Outlook configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
