About this role
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all hotel departments
- Monitor and maintain PMS, POS, and other hotel systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in maintaining servers, desktops, printers, and Wi-Fi systems
- Ensure regular data backups and system updates
- Support front office, F&B, and admin teams with IT-related issues
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
