IT Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain computer systems, and ensure smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage company email IDs, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and other applications.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and records of company equipment.
• Ensure regular data backups and follow IT security policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and repairs.
• Support employee onboarding and exit processes by arranging or collecting IT equipment and managing system access.
• Maintain documentation of IT issues, solutions, and equipment allocation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, printers, and email configuration.
• Familiarity with antivirus, data backup, and IT security practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely technical support.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or practical experience will be an advantage.
