Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support to all hotel departments
Monitor and maintain PMS, POS, and other hotel systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in maintaining servers, desktops, printers, and Wi-Fi systems
Ensure regular data backups and system updates
Support front office, F&B, and admin teams with IT-related issues
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Follow IT security and company policies
