Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues related to IT infrastructure.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN, network, printer, and CCTV systems to resolve connectivity issues.
  
• Install and configure new software applications on company devices.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, updating, and monitoring system performance.
  
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking field.
  
• Strong knowledge of LAN troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, software installation, software troubleshooting, printers configuration.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
