IT Executive

An IT Executive manages an organization's computer systems, networks, and daily technical operations. Key duties include hardware and software troubleshooting, network maintenance (LAN/WAN/VPN), and user technical support.

Role & responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Network Management: Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations to ensure stable internet connectivity.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine data backups, security updates, and antivirus management.
• User Assistance: Resolve technical support tickets for internal staff and manage user email accounts.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external service providers for hardware repairs and internet outages.
