Job Title: IT Executive - Warehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT hardware.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripherals.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Handle basic IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network configurations.
• Resolve hardware, network, and user-related IT issues.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Maintain IT assets and inventory.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to users.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISPs when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT hardware and network support.
