IT Executive

The IT Executive will manage day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems, networks, and hardware to ensure stable and secure functioning across the organization. Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving user incidents in a timely manner. The role also involves assisting with network administration tasks, coordinating system upgrades and patches, maintaining IT documentation, and supporting compliance with relevant information security standards. The IT Executive will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve IT processes, support clinical project requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement of the technology environment.
