We are looking for IT -Executive/Sr.Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of servers and network, firewalls, end point security
• Heading the unit IT and team leading.
• Executing IT requirements from various business departments
• Administering Windows Server 2022 (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, WDS, WSUS, printer pooling, Hyper-V, server backup, etc.).
• Configuring wireless routers and switches
• Providing technical support for desktops, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting.
• Configuring LAN ports.
• Wi-Fi Access management
• IT Support for CCTV Cameras
• IT tickets tracking and monitoring using ticketing tool
• Responsible for the Unit IT assets including hardware and licenses
• Creating Microsoft 365 mail accounts.
• Configuring intercom phones (IP phones and Analog phones).
• Resolving critical software and hardware issues.
• Administering computer-based tests.
