Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience
• Practical knowledge of SQL and database management required.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare IT systems preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hospital IT systems, computers, printers and network connectivity.
• Work with SQL databases, including queries, data retrieval and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to hospital staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS/HIS).
• Support hospital billing, registration, appointment and reporting systems.
• Monitor data backups, database integrity and system performance.
• Maintain IT documentation, user accounts and access permissions.
• Coordinate with software vendors for technical issues and system upgrades.
• Ensure data security and appropriate access controls.
• Provide timely IT support to clinical and administrative departments.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with networking, hardware and software support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff.
• Experience with hospital management software preferred.
