Role & responsibilities

• Call handing of HIS and Other Applications.
• Maintaining Complain Log.
• Service call resolution within define TAT.
• Training to the users for HIS and Other Applications.
• Updating the Daily Checklists.
• Documentation of Approvals Notes.
• Coordinate all the activities of IT department under the instructions of Head IT.

Any other responsibilities assigned by the Hospital from time to time.

• Proficient Knowledge of HIS Software.
• Basic Knowledge MS Office and Database.
• Result Orientation.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware.
• Experience with SSRS / Microsoft Report Builder.
