IT Executive - Hardware and Networking Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary
• Installation and troubleshooting of Client Operating Systems like 7,8,10 and MAC.
• Windows Server Administration (Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2).
• Windows Roles: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Servers and Workstations infrastructure.
• Configuring and Installing of Network Printer, Scanning System, Antivirus, Network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP)
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Troubleshooting operating system Problem and repair it.
• Fault finding to laptops and desktops
• Assemble & Disassemble the PCs, HDD Partition and Formatting, Software.
• Troubleshooting of Network Problems & Desktop Problems.
• Printer Networking & Sharing.
• Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
• Maintaining Inventory logs of all IT related devices

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Desired Candidate Profile

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, (Cisco Certified Network professional (CCNP) preferred).
• Experience minimum 2 to 5 years
