IT Engineer

Position: IT Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 6-7 Years

Location: Mumbai

Hybrid- 5 days WFO and Sat WFH

Role: We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support for employees and ensure smooth functioning of laptops, desktops, email and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve laptop/desktop hardware and software issues.
• Handle Windows OS, MS Office and application-related troubleshooting.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and email issues, including mailbox, PST/OST and connectivity-related issues.
• Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Support user login, password and basic network/connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Coordinate with vendors/internal teams for hardware and technical issues.
• Maintain IT assets, records and support documentation.

Required Skills:

• 6-7 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in laptop/desktop troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and email troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office/Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and networking.
• Good communication and user-handling skills.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science or related field.
