About this role
Role & responsibilities
The IT Engineer will support the build and integration of AI-based system monitoring platform, payment integration and PM Surya Ghar portal compliance, while coordinating with external development partner on web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Support development and integration of the AI-based online monitoring platform for installed kits.
• Manage KPay integration for payment-linked online monitoring.
• Manage Channel Partner registrations and ongoing compliance on the PM Surya Ghar portal.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support system uptime.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners for timely issue resolution.
Requirements
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 24 years of experience in software development, systems integration or IT support roles.
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party platform coordination. • Basic understanding of IoT/remote monitoring systems.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Good to Have
• Prior exposure to solar monitoring platforms or government portal integrations, such as PM Surya Ghar or DISCOM systems.
