Job Overview
We are looking for an IT Engineer / Internal IT Support professional to handle a wide range of IT-related operations within the company.
The position mainly involves PC setup, account management, network support, troubleshooting and IT equipment configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal IT support for company PCs and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor PC and network issues
- Perform PC initial setup and configuration
- Manage user accounts and related settings
- Identify and troubleshoot the causes of PC and network problems
- Check whether regular data backups are being performed properly
- Explain technical issues to external IT service providers when internal resolution is not possible
- Coordinate with specialized vendors and request technical support when required
- Configure and support:
- Windows PCs
- LAN
- Wi-Fi
- Routers
- Printers
- Other internal IT equipment
Candidate Requirements
Required:
- Japanese communication ability equivalent to JLPT N2 level
- Basic knowledge of PC and network systems
Preferred:
- Previous experience in IT support / internal IT
- Experience with PC troubleshooting
- Experience with network troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers or printers
- Experience in account management and PC setup
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in:
IT Support / Helpdesk / Network Support / System Administration / Internal IT / Desktop Support
and can communicate effectively in Japanese in a Japanese working environment.
