IT Engineer (AWS)

Experience: 2-3 Years | Location: Goa | Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an IT Engineer with AWS, Office 365, and basic AI knowledge to manage internal IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage users, devices, IT systems, and access.
• Support AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud issues.
• Manage Office 365/Microsoft 365, accounts, licenses, and email.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
• Manage backups, security, patches, and system updates.
• Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors.
• Explore and support the use of basic AI tools for IT productivity and automation.

Requirements

• 3 -4 years of IT Support/System Administration/Cloud Support experience.
• Hands-on AWS knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Office 365.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
