IT End Point Compliance Manager / Associate Delivery Manager

Position

summary:

We are looking for IT end point compliance manager who is responsible for ensuring

that all endpoint devices within the organization comply with internal policies and

external regulations. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing

compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to ensure

adherence to security and compliance standards.

Job Description:

• Develop a policy, procedure for end point compliance ( Patch, Identity management, Azure , AD,

O365 etc)

• Manage HAM and SAM compliance
• Regular internal audits to ensure the regulatory compliance parameters in place
• Develop and drive a plan to mitigate the known / probable risk
• Closely work with IT Infra compliance team to ensure the required changes in place for end point

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Compliance Programs: Create and manage compliance programs

to ensure endpoint devices meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.

• Conduct Audits: Regularly audit endpoint devices and related processes to identify and

address compliance issues.

• Policy Development: Draft, revise, and enforce policies related to endpoint security and

compliance.

• Training and Education: Provide training and resources to employees to ensure

understanding and adherence to compliance standards.

• Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate

them.

• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and legal teams to ensure comprehensive

compliance coverage.

• Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory

bodies as needed.

• Handle internal and external compliance audits throughout the year

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering graduate with more than 5 years s experience

• IT audit certificate like CISSP, CISM preferred

• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, end point compliance practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and training skills.

• Ability to manage multiple audits

• Proficiency in compliance management tools and software
