IT Digital Solutions AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role will be responsible for leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and related technologies to enhance productivity, automate business processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain tailored AI-powered solutions and integrations within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI-enabled applications across the digital workplace.
• Leverage Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AI Services to develop custom automations, workflows, and intelligent business solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources while ensuring data security and compliance.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, connectors, and data pipelines.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for AI solutions, ensuring adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with security teams to assess and mitigate risks related to AI, generative models, and data exposure.
• Provide technical support, user enablement, and training to drive adoption and effective utilization of AI-powered tools.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI solution performance, user experience, and business impact.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track adoption, usage, and business outcomes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, integrations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, Generative AI, Microsoft technologies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful rollout and scaling of AI solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Solutions Engineer, AI Consultant, or a similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure AI Services.
• Experience implementing and integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Power Platform
• Microsoft Graph
• Azure AI Services
• Azure Machine Learning
• Proficiency in REST APIs, connectors, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI architecture, automation frameworks, and integration patterns.

Governance & Security

• Strong knowledge of data privacy, information security, regulatory compliance, and governance best practices for enterprise AI solutions.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging AI to deliver measurable business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI, Google AI, or other AI/NLP platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks and AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or related technologies are preferred.
