IT Desktop Support Engineer with Networking Background

Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and OS issues. Handle LAN/WAN, router, switch and firewall setup, IP configuration and network troubleshooting. Manage AMC, user support tickets, backups and basic server tasks.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate/Diploma in IT or Computer Science with 1-3 years in desktop support and networking. Hands-on with Windows OS, hardware, LAN/WAN and CCTV. CCNA or hardware-networking certification preferred.
