Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end testing activities for PEGA based applications and platforms
• Define test strategy test plans test scenarios and test execution approach
• Collaborate with Business Analysts PEGA Developers Architects and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables
• Review user stories business requirements and design specifications for test coverage
• Manage Functional Integration System Regression UAT and End to End Testing
• Validate PEGA workflows case management processes business rules decision tables and integrations
• Lead defect triage meetings and track defects through resolution
• Ensure test deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards
• Mentor and guide QA team members on PEGA testing best practices
• Prepare test reports dashboards metrics and quality KPIs for stakeholders
