IT Delivery Professional

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with 2 to 3 years of experience in managing, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle database environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, security, backup, recovery, and supporting business-critical applications.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Oracle database environments to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Perform database backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery activities using RMAN, Data Guard, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot database issues, optimize SQL queries, and conduct performance tuning to improve system efficiency.
• Administer database security, user access, and support application teams with database migrations, refreshes, and production support activities.

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database 11g, 12c, 19c, or higher versions.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience in backup and recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of database monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with shell scripting and automation.
• Experience with database security and user management.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Knowledge of GoldenGate replication.
• Familiarity with Ansible or automation tools.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud database services.
• Oracle DBA Certification is a plus.
