Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD module including Sales Order Management, Pricing Billing, Shipping Delivery, Credit Management.
• Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with ABAP team for custom developments (RICEF objects).
• Perform system configuration: pricing procedures, output determination, partner determination.
• Manage integrations with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), WM/EWM (Warehouse).
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation projects.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
• Provide production support and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
• Participate in rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades.

Additional Responsibilities

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD.
• Knowledge of Fiori apps for SD.
• Basic debugging knowledge in ABAP.
• Exposure to IDocs / EDI / Interfaces.
• Experience with Credit Management (FSCM).
