IT Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Coordinator to assist the IT Manager with vendor coordination, procurement, IT asset tracking, warranty renewals, and resource administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Float RFQs/RFPs, follow up with vendors, and prepare quotation comparison statements.
• Maintain vendor contact details, quotations, and procurement records.
• Track warranty and AMC expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.
• • Maintain the IT asset register, including serial numbers, allocation, location, and warranty details.

• Track asset issuance, returns, transfers, and movement.

• Collect monthly timesheets from IT engineers and share them with respective resource vendors within deadlines.

• Maintain resource records, timesheet trackers, and related documentation.

• Prepare Excel reports and provide regular status updates to the IT Manager.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to close pending activities on time. Required Skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and asset management.

• Good documentation and organizational skills.
